Frequently Asked Questions
Do you sell or provide packaging materials?
Yes. We offer common packaging materials such as boxes, packing tape, and bubble wrap. We also have select FedEx, DHL, and Purolator branded envelopes, packs, and boxes available to use for free when shipping with those courier companies.
Availability may vary depending on the size and type of shipment, so feel free to ask us what options are available when requesting your quote.
Does my shipment include protection?
Most courier shipments include basic coverage up to a certain value. Additional shipment protection may be available for higher-value items at an extra cost. Coverage, restrictions, and claim eligibility vary by courier, shipment value, and item type
Are all items covered by shipment protection?
Not always. Some items may have limited or no coverage depending on the courier, even if shipment protection is added. This can include fragile items, glass, artwork, jewelry, antiques, perishables, and other restricted or high-value goods.
Can you help with international shipping?
Yes. We offer international shipping options through FedEx, DHL, and Purolator, depending on the destination and service availability. Customs requirements may apply, and we can help guide you through the basic information needed.
What information do I need for international shipping?
For international shipments, you may need the recipient’s full name, complete address, phone number, email, package weight and dimensions, description of contents, declared value, and reason for export. Some shipments may also require customs forms or a commercial invoice.
Can I require a signature on delivery?
Yes. Signature options may be available depending on the courier and service selected. A signature is recommended for important documents, higher-value shipments, business deliveries, or packages that should not be left unattended.
